I spent the evening of New Year’s day in front of my tv drooling over the 2011 HGTV Dream Home. If you watched the home tour, you know what I mean. Here’s why…

#1 It sleeps 14 people.

Below is a picture of the Dorm Room.
This is the perfect room where all the kids can bunk–just have them pick their number.
#2 It’s Functional.

The best part about the Dorm Room is the clever triple sink and triple shower bathroom.
Don’t worry. The master is complete with a flat screen tv. It’s hidden behind the mirror. Genius!
Below is a view of the mudroom filled with cubbies and coat hooks for all of your guests’ gear.
 #3 It incorporates natural elements.

The exterior patio brings the indoors out.

#4 It Makes Entertaining Easy.

Below is a picture of the Annex. The large sectional, numerous chairs and moveable laptop tables allows for everyone to find a cozy spot in just one of the house’s three public lounge areas.
Don’t worry about bringing snacks down from the main level kitchen, the Annex has its own entertaining kitchenette. It’s complete with a microwave, warming, freezer and refrigerator drawers.
#5 It’s Relaxing.
