Summer is in full swing and with the 4th of July right around the corner, it’s a great time to brighten up your home with some bright colors and playful prints!  One of my favorite ways to add color and detail to a space is through crewel.

Crewel embroidery, or Crewelwork, is a form of decorative surface embroidery that uses a variety of stitches to follow a design outline applied to a fabric.
